I don’t know about Lysol (I hate the smell of Lysol spray; it gives me a headache so I don’t use it even at home), but I have used Clorox disinfecting wipes or a generic version of them (which my school has supplied) on instruments with no damage. I think they are made to be safe for use on finished wood, so they will be fine for your xylophone bars, maracas, etc. I can’t remember if I’ve used them on the skins of hand drums–you could do a spot test in one small area to make sure it works ok before cleaning the whole surface.
