I would first start with carefully planning each concert. By doing this you will have an idea of which songs will take longest of which will be the easiest to learn. Within the first week I would start work on my hardest song that only work 5 to 10 minutes at the most on the song each day, carefully planning up where you will have the complete song learned the end of the time period. Some days add-in other songs that are easy to do.

By preparing for the performances in a small time periods daily the students will learn the performance without being overwhelmed. However, again it goes to careful planning in advance to be able to map out your entire five weeks of music. When doing this planning must think about concert, as well as what needs to be learned in the class in general.
