I would have a rubric that I would go over before the performances are even done. With the rubric I would have the students also present what their evidence is for the score that have given. If possible I would try to have is as a recording not a live performance. This way the students can go back and listen multiple times.

What grade level are you looking for this to be done at? When we have this we can be even more specific.
