I have MS. I have a similar format to all my band classes, which helps. I also make sure my students know how to run the technology. I have a bell player who leads the class in the tuning. You might assign some students to run things like scales, and even conduct some of the pieces and how to count the group in. If you have the space for sectionals, I agree that its a good use of time.
