The valve should be able to be possibly straightened depending on the skills and equipment of your local repair service. If not a similar or identical valve can be ordered from King themselves by your local repair shop. I just recently had to replace a Yamaha euphonium second valve, that is no longer in production, as a student shoved a screw driver into the bottom of the valve. Essentially damaging the whole system and creating an immovable piston. All problems should be able to be answered by a local repair person, or a king representative though. Best of luck.
