My school has adapted the “Class Dojo” program. Which is great for homeroom teachers, but I’m not sure how I can adapt it for me?
If I have the teachers share their classes and I give/take away dojo’s from “their class” i feel as though it might be upsetting (like I give/take away more than they would)
If I create my own dojo classes then I feel like it will be confusing for the kids (like I have 10 Dojo points in my class, but then I come to music and I start at 0 again??)
Has anyone used this Dojo program and been successful?
Does anyone have an outstanding discipline system that holds specifically individuals accountable?
I really need help on the individual area.
