Music Education Degree with guitar as your major instrument

Do you know where I could secure the answer to what Universities/Colleges offer a music education degree with guitar being the student’s major instrument? I have been asked by the Guitar and Accesories Marketing Association (GAMA) to research this topic.

I would guess many schools are like my institution–Azusa Pacific University–where we are happy to have guitar students enter as music ed majors, and keep guitar as their major instrument. However, we still have guitar players pick performing in either a choral or instrumental large ensemble to gain experience in those major ensembles, since we are required by the state certification to prepare music ed majors to teach everything (band, choir, orchestra, general music, guitar, world music, etc).
