Need a song about "We"

    Our school theme this year is “Its all about WE.” It was suggested that we do the song “We are the world.” I don’t want to seem like I don’t want to participate in the school wide theme, but I HATE that song. I actually get very angry when I think about the song and how bad it is. And I don’t think it is singable for children, except maybe the chorus. Do any of you have any suggestions for songs that have the word “WE” in it that may be a bit more appropriate and tolerable?

    On the patriotic side, but “We the People” is how one of the School House Rock songs starts… I think the song is entitled “The Preamble,” Another idea from Grease: We Go Together.”

    Have you had any success finding a song? I know this is late, but I have an arrangement of a song called ‘We Gather Together’ that is about singing together and joining voices. Not sure what you need this for, or if it is anything you are looking for.
