I just accepted a mid school position with 3 gen mus classes and 3 choirs, one of each per grade. I’ve taught elem. For 12 years, did 1 yr middle before that. Any suggestions re: curriculum, materials, etc.? I will be producing a musical in the spring, previous teacher used Broadway Jr, thinking of “Mulan”. Also thinking of small elec pianos to take to computer lab. The “Music Alive” mag looks good, but is $10/student, thinking that money could be better spent on keybrds, guitars. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
