Sheet Music for an apparently obscure Canon

I went to a Kodaly sharing session in college and learned a canon that was in 6-8 time and minor, that I thought would work really well for my students, but am not able to find the sheet music for that song amongst my notes from that workshop, although I can find the lyrics online. The song’s lyrics are:
Full moon outside my window this warm September night
Pulls me into wakefulness far too early.
I’d rather be sleeping, the day is already too long for me.
I’ll just wait for dawn.
Can any of you tell me where I might be able to find this? I haven’t found it in John Feierabend’s book of canons, nor have I found it in a couple of other books of rounds and canons that I have purchased or borrowed recently.
Just discovered this beautiful round. Found the sheet music here: http://elisewitt.com/web/full-moon-outside-window/
