Special Needs Survey Invitation

Dear Elementary General Music Educator:

I am a graduate student in the School of Music at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. I am writing to request your participation in a survey I am conducting as part of the research project for my thesis. The purpose of the linked survey is to find patterns in accommodations and modifications used in inclusive music classrooms. The survey will take approximately 10 to 20 minutes to complete. All of your responses will be anonymous.

Completion and submission of the linked survey will indicate your voluntary consent to participate in this study.
