The Breathing Gym

I have a copy of “The Breathing Gym” by Sam Pilafian and Patrick Sheridan. I love the exercises but am unsure how to incorporate them in my rehearsals. How do those of you that have this book use them? How are you incorporating them into your rehearsals?
I used to have a SmartBoard in my classroom (the only thing I miss about that school!), and we would sometimes watch parts of the video during warm-ups. Mostly the paper airplane/dart/bow and arrow part and the part where they sizzle (I think) for 8 counts, then 12 counts, then 16 counts, etc. I don’t know if actually watching the video is an option for you, though.
