NAfME Advocacy Leadership Force State Information Center

We need YOU to help implement the new ESSA!

This page contains a database of state-specific advocacy information. Click on your state to access legislative and governmental information including deadlines, session dates and budget and Title IV-A data and success stories. The list also contains state advocacy contact information. If a state has a designated contact, you will find their information. If you do not see a contact for your state, please visit the NAfME Federated Associations page to access contact information for your state’s other leadership.

In addition to housing state-specific information, this page will also host state and affiliated MEA guidance for school re-opening and recommendations for music education in schools in the wake of COVID-19.

Please contact our advocacy team at advocacy@nafme.org for further assistance.

Thanks for being part of our grassroots effort to implement ESSA and make a new day for music education!
