The Balance Arts Center teaches mindfulness and awareness in action. The process, based on the Alexander Technique, allows students to optimize their full potential and bring their full self to the present moment by consciously interrogating their mind and body while making music. We offer four Certificate programs that directly focus on musicians and singers. We also offer teacher trainings in the Alexander Technique.
