Molly Park is an elementary (K-5) vocal and general music educator in the Howard County Public School System in Maryland. She serves as the Eastern Division representative of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) Council for General Music and is currently co-directing the countywide gifted and talented ensemble, Howard County Children’s Chorus. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Park has been an adjunct faculty at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and has provided published lessons for Hal Leonard LLC’s Essential Elements Music Class. She has also presented at professional development workshops for music educators at various institutions.

Park holds a Master of Music in Voice degree from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Education degree in Kodály Music Education from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Texas at Austin. Furthermore, she holds certifications in the Kodály concept (levels I, II, & III) and the Orff-Schulwerk approach (levels I, II, & III) and has completed level I towards the Dalcroze certificate.

Park is deeply committed to fostering the growth of students from diverse backgrounds. She achieves this through the use of culturally responsive repertoire, creative performances, musical literacy, and social-emotional learning.
