  • Payment Options: The fastest way to activate your membership is by using a credit card online at any time. You may also call 800-336-3768 during business hours. Payment by check is also accepted. We provide purchase order proforma invoices on request. Membership cannot be activated until check or credit card payment is processed.

    Note: Allow 7-10 business days from date of receipt for checks to be processed. 
  • Email purchase orders to memberservices@nafme.org
    (except FL, IN, PA, TN, and Western/India). Receipt of a purchase order does not constitute payment; membership cannot be activated until check or credit card payment is processed.
  • Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (W-9) Form
  • Membership dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • Renewing members: if you have not logged into your account within the last six months, you will be asked to change your password.
