Aaron Martinek is the Web Manager at NAfME. He is responsible for maintaining and managing the content, functionality, and overall user experience of the NAfME website and online Connect community.

Before joining NAfME in January 2026, he spent more than two decades working as a Web Specialist and Graphic Designer in the public health sector, supporting large-scale, content-driven websites and print and digital initiatives for various agencies and offices within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Aaron now resides on the Eastern Shore of Delaware. A lifelong musician, he has played guitar and bass professionally, performing with bands along the East Coast at many of the region’s most well-known rock venues, as well as touring internationally throughout Europe and Japan.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and rescue pittie, relaxing at the beach, attending live music events, traveling, and staying connected to the creative and musical communities that continue to inspire his work.
