Betty Cook is NAfME Senior Manager of Member Services. She has served the association and its members for more than 20 years. Betty oversees all NAfME customer service operations and provides crucial support for our state Music Education Association executives, assisting them with reports, transactions, and information to help them manage their membership records.
Betty’s tenure at NAfME includes participating in three customer relations management (CRM) system integrations, managing registration at multiple NAfME national events, and traveling to numerous state MEA conferences as NAfME’s representative. She particularly enjoys her job because of her admiration for music educators. She is also an enthusiastic fan of live music.
