Catherine brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, human resources, membership and marketing strategy, governance, legal/compliance, and organizational change management. Her experience aligns closely with many of the priorities NAfME has identified.
Catherine is a recent graduate of Armstrong McGuire and Associates Interim Management Institute. She has experience supporting fully remote work environments from both an operational and HR perspective. She also brings direct experience supporting membership and marketing functions within mission-driven organizations. This background will complement NAfME’s ongoing efforts to enhance member engagement, support cross-functional collaboration, and advance key organizational priorities.
