State Editors Respond to a Survey on Digital Publications

Catherine Hunt, director of teacher education and music education at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, wanted to learn about where the various NAfME state journals stood when it came to electronic (digital) publication of their journals, magazines, and newsletters.

Hunt worked with Bill Froom, Chair of the NAfME State Editors Council, and Kansas Music Educators Association webmaster Troy Johnson to create questions for a survey about state publications. The survey was available online to the state editors in April/May 2012.

Read a summary of the survey and its results.

See the presentation given by Hunt at the Baltimore Music Education Week in June 2012, where you can find the data on the survey responses.
