Give a Note Foundation, Disney Performing Arts and Big Machine Group joined forces this week with Danielle Bradbery, Season 4 winner of The Voice, to celebrate music education with a week-long nationwide bus tour. The special bus has made stops at schools in five different cities to recognize excellence in music education and the value of a supportive community.
The MIOS Bus Tour Departed March 2 from Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Monday’s stop was Eldorado High School in Albuquerque, N.M. Tuesday’s stop was Cypress Ranch High School near Houston, Texas, while on Wednesday the tour visited Oklahoma City’s Classen School of Advanced Studies.

The two remaining schools on the tour are Antioch High School near Nashville, Tenn. (March 6); and Northwest School for the Arts in Charlotte, N.C. (March 7).
Staff members of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) are traveling on the tour.
The tour will conclude March 8 at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., where Bradbery will perform at Festival Disney, a national competitive music festival where top school bands, instrumental and vocal ensembles compete with other schools from across the country.
