Democrats Ring in the Holidays with a Debate!

The third Democratic presidential debate is set to go live tonight on ABC (Saturday, December 19) at St. Anselm College in New Hampshire. Coverage will begin at 8:00 PM EST and will also be live streamed on abcnews.com. Facebook and Twitter will be utilizing the #DemDebate if you wish to monitor the conversation around the debate in real-time.

Controversy begins to stir within the Democratic party, as the debate follows yesterday’s breaking news of Bernie Sanders’ aides gaining unauthorized access of Hillary Clinton’s proprietary voter files.  In addition, concerns have been raised about the effectiveness of hosting a debate during the holidays on a weekend where people are less likely to tune in. Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O’Malley continue to be the only three candidates vying for the Democratic nomination.  All three will be participating in tonight’s debate.  Clinton continues to lead as a 2 to 1 front-runner in most national polls.
