Virtual Clinics/Concerts as Resources for Music Education

On Thursday, May 16, 2013, the Navy Band Northwest will present condensed versions of educational clinics and concerts designed to serve as a resource for education at every level, from elementary school through university. The clinics are intended to be streamed directly into the classroom, providing a valuable yet free professional resource for schools in any location. The webinar will include performance and instructional examples typical of an all-school assembly, in-depth concerts for music students, master class performances, sectional/group instruction and improvisation.

Attendees of this free webinar will hear performances from three Navy Band Northwest chamber ensembles:

  • “Snoqualmie Winds” Woodwind Quartet
  • “Five Star Brass” Quintet
