Join in to delve into the current state of music supervision during this difficult time. Many challenges exist for program leaders, including the shortage of substitute teachers and bus drivers, enrollment fluctuations, and recruitment and retention of music teachers.

Our panelists will outline specific challenges and provide solutions that are working in their school systems. There will be time in break-out rooms for attendees to experience collaboration around issues specific to their needs. Bring your challenges! We will look at the importance of leading teachers through our current challenges, supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of our employees, and maneuvering what will likely be an ever-changing educational landscape throughout 2022. Join us for time to collaborate with colleagues from across the country.
