Music & Arts, working with the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), and the Give a Note Foundation, launched a nationwide sweepstakes that encourages student musicians to make a Pledge to Practice. As part of a Facebook sweepstakes, aspiring musicians will commit to practicing every day to help reach the goal of playing more than 100,000 minutes from March 18 through March 31.
In celebration, Music & Arts will donate up to $10,000 to Give a Note Foundation, and each student who pledges will be entered for a chance to win $2,000 of musical products from Music & Arts or from MusicArts.com.
By inspiring students to commit to practicing every day, Pledge to Practice helps students improve their technique and grow their love for music. Music educators can encourage their students to join the Music & Arts challenge on Facebook today.
