Isaiah C. Mason is the Band Director at Linwood School in North Brunswick, New Jersey. He currently serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Chair for the Central Jersey Music Educators Association. He also serves as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Chairperson for the New Jersey Music Educators Association (NJMEA). He has facilitated sessions at the NJMEA Annual State Conference, the NAfME Eastern Division Conference, and the NAfME Research and Teacher Education Conference. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in music education from Temple University. He is honored to serve NAfME on the Equity Committee and excited to connect with music educators from across the country.
