Isaiah C. Mason is the Band Director at Linwood School in North Brunswick, New Jersey. He serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Chair for the Central Jersey Music Educators Association and as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Chairperson for the New Jersey Music Educators Association. A committed advocate for equitable music education, he has presented at the NJMEA Annual State Conference, the NAfME Eastern Division Conference, and the NAfME Research and Teacher Education Conference.

Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Rutgers University, a Master of Music in Music Education from Temple University, and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He is honored to serve NAfME as a Co Chair of the Equity Committee and values opportunities to collaborate with music educators across the country.

In addition to his work in education, Isaiah is proud to serve as a soldier in the 63rd Army Band of the New Jersey Army National Guard, where he continues to support and represent his community through music and service.
