2021 Virtual All-National Honor Ensembles
College Fair

 

January 23 and 24, 2022

Interact with over 550 talented high school musicians,
their parents, and their directors!

 

COVID-19 has had a cascading impact on College Admissions.  The virtual NAfME All National Honor Ensembles (ANHE) College Fair, will provide a safe and cost-effective alternative to in-person recruiting. Make sure your college or university is included in this important event!

 

What is it?

The NAfME College Fair, held virtually on Sunday, January 23, 2022, and Monday, January 24, 2022 will include the 550 students accepted to the NAfME All National Honor Ensembles.

*Student attendance and participation in the College Fair is required.*

 

When is it?

Sunday, January 23, 2022
Parent and Director College Fair
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM ET

  • 3:00 – 3:10 PM ET: ANHE staff welcome, instructions, and overview of college fair.

Monday, January 24, 2022
Student College Fair
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM ET

  • 12:00 – 12:30 PM ET: ANHE staff to take attendance and provide instructions on how to participate.

 

How to participate?

There are two options to choose from:

Option 1: $99.00
Participation during the ANHE program only, January 23-24, 2022, which includes:

  • Virtual College Fair Booth for two (2) days only, January 23—24, 2021.
    • Virtual “booth” will appear as your school/program’s logo. Logo may be hyperlinked to a URL of your choice.
    • URL must be provided to ANHE staff by December 15, 2021.
  • Designated Q&A Zoom session with students (student attendance and participation in the College Fair is required).
    • Your organization must provide program staff with a Zoom link for your session by December 15, 2021.
  • Designated Q&A with parents.
    • Your organization must provide program staff with a Zoom link for your session by December 15, 2021.
  • Opportunity to list your program’s scholarship opportunities on the NAfME website.
    • List of college fair participants will be emailed pre-event to all students, directors, and parents.

Option 2: $175.00
Participation during the ANHE program January 23-24, 2022, PLUS extended promotion on the NAfME All-National Honor Ensembles website through May 2022, which includes:

  • Virtual College Fair Booth during the ANHE Program, January 23-24, 2022, until May 31, 2022. 
    • Virtual “booth” will appear as your school/program’s logo. Logo may be hyperlinked to a URL of your choice.
    • URL must be provided to ANHE staff by December 15, 2021.
  • Designated Q&A Zoom session with students (student attendance and participation in the College Fair is required).
    • Your organization must provide program staff with a Zoom link for your session by December 15, 2021.
  • Designated Q&A for parents.
    • Your organization must provide program staff with a Zoom link for your session by December 15, 2021.
  • Your College Fair listing will remain on the NAfME ANHE website until May 31, 2022.
