About the Event

As a preview to the NAfME Council of Music Program Leaders Forum in April, we present this colloquium, which will utilize the Blueprint for Strengthening the Music Teacher Profession to share ways in which music program leaders can support pre-service and early career music educators in their teaching journey. The recent work of the NAfME Music Teacher Profession Advisory Committee (MTPAC) will be shared and discussed, as well as the newly released Fact Sheet for Arts Administrators. Join us for a lively and engaging discussion with other music program leaders, and help set the stage for the important work we will be doing at the forum in April.
