Health & Well-Being for the Pre-Service Music Teacher 

Presented by Michelle McConkey, Western Division Representative on the NAfME Collegiate Advisory Council and Associate Professor of Music Education at California State University Chico, this three-part miniseries addresses information and questions related to teacher health and well-being. 

Additionally, each part will discuss the development of healthy habits related to community building, rehearsal techniques, responding to behavior, and mindful self-regulation.
